Return and Exchange Policy
We do refund for 'Change of mind' returns however this will incur a $15 processing fee, this covers our postage to you.
Faulty Items will be exchanged for new ones. It is considered 'Change of Mind' if you want a refund for a faulty item.
If you damage it or there is evidence that you have worn it outside for example dust, hair, marks, we cannot refund you, we check all items before they sent out.
Accessories, handbags, clothing items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned because these items decrease greatly in value once sent.
We must receive the item within 7 days after you have received it. You cannot request a refund if it has been longer than 7 days after you have received the item.
To return items just send an email from our contact page with your reason for return and your bank details for refund
