There is no time limit for returns to us, you can return items any time you like as long as there are no damages, marks, perfume smells or evidence that you have worn it outside and they must be returned in the original packaging with the product sku label on it. Otherwise we will post it back to you.

We do refund for 'Change of mind' returns however this will incur a $15 processing fee, this covers our postage to you and administration costs.

Faulty Items will be exchanged for new ones. It is considered 'Change of Mind' if you want a refund for a faulty item.

You can exchange items for something else with no additional fees, you must be provide us with a return express bag.

Accessories, handbags, clothing items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned because these items decrease greatly in value once sent.

To return items just send an email from our contact page with your reason for return and your bank details if you paid by Direct Deposit for refund. Credit card payments will be refunded to your card and Paypal to your Paypal account.
